The taproom will be closed on Wednesdays, but The Purl Pub, right next door at The Eight10 will be open on Wednesday evenings and alternate Monday evenings. The Purl Pub is a stylish cocktail lounge featuring H.H. Hinder Brewing Co. beers and a full bar!

Monday: Closed (Purl Pub open for Game Night alternate Mondays 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: Taproom Closed (Purl Pub open 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday + Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

With flexible spaces to accommodate any celebration from 40 to 400 people comfortably, The Eight10 offers everything you need to make your event uniquely yours—from weddings and corporate events to concerts and fundraisers.
Our grand main hall features 27 windows, soaring ceilings, and four overhead doors perfect for events up to 400 guests.
So the story goes…
It all started as a joke over beers with friends when I said I was going to open HINDERS — the opposite of HOOTERS. Years later, that joke turned into a real journey that led me back to Waupaca and the creation of H.H. Hinder Brewing Co., named after two of my favorite people: my dad Howard and my father-in-law Harold.
